The pretty popular already messenger status changer has been updated and moved to another address. It now supports Yahoo! Messenger and MSN Live Messenger with AIMP and the support for Winamp has been readded. The Artist appearing twice problem has been fixed, other bugs also.

New version out. Y!StatusRevolution 0.3.0.2

Added: 2 more macros. [Date] – Shows the current date(DAY-MONTH-YEAR) and [Win] – The title of the currently active window. Useful when playing, so people know what you’re doing. Don’t change windows too fast or the Yahoo! servers may block your status.
Fixed: A small bug about closing the window when prompted to enter an id. Closing the window would show your last status.
Hopefully the next version will be skinned really nice using transparency. Planning on adding a proper help file.

NOTE: Y!StatusRevolution will no longer be developed for Winamp. It will work with it but don’t complain to me about future bugs. For best results use AIMP. You’ll never ever want to use another player again. Trust me…and other milions of happy AIMP users.

Fixed the bug with loading statuses on start and added a new macro. Also statuses are now displayed fine, from newer to older. Note: Predefined statuses always keep their position.

The first version of this status changer for Yahoo! has been released. Currently works with AIMP player and Winamp. This changes the status in Yahoo! Messenger with what song you’re listening to. It can also be used as a simple status changer. It’s based on macros so it’s very easy to use. For the beginning just select a predefined status, start your favorite audio player and click ok. As easy as it can get. Click “Macros” for a list of strings to insert in your status to have aditional info in your status besides the song name. You can have the length of the current song, bitrate, player volume and a few others. More macros coming soon.
